The CIGNA Open Access Plus network is the official network of the County Health Plan. To search for a provider in the network, click the link below, type in the provider's last name and location and hit the submit button, then select the Open Access Plus ONLY option.

If your provider is not found in the CIGNA Open Access Plus network, please click here to browse our list of providers who are members of our supplemental network, CAPE - Carolina Access for Public Entities. If your provider is not a member of either the CIGNA network or the CAPE network, be sure to fill out our Physician Nomination Form, and we will make every effort to add this provider to CAPE so that you can continue to see the provider of your choice at in-network rates.
