Caremark Customer Care Centers recognized
for excellent service
Caremark’s
Customer Care Centers have again been recognized
for customer satisfaction excellence under the
J.D. Power and Associates Certified Call Center
Program. In order to be awarded this
distinction, our Customer Care Centers passed
careful inspection and evaluation through
customer satisfaction surveys, and performed
within the 20th percentile of all call centers
evaluated nationwide. Only a select group in the
nation can say they are a J.D. Power and
Associates Certified Call Center, and Caremark
has been able to make that distinction since
2006.
In 2006, Caremark was the first pharmacy
benefit management company to be recognized by
J.D. Power and Associates for providing “An
Outstanding Customer Service Experience.”
Caremark Customer Care Centers handle more than
50 million telephone, e-mail and fax inquiries
from plan participants each year.
This certification provides external
validation of Caremark's strong commitment to
providing County Health Plan participants with
superior customer service.
